![]() The Texas Dawgs March Madness fundraiser is now active!! We have established this pool in order to (i) raise funds for our teams to help off-set World Series and team costs; and (ii) have some fun with March Madness. The cost for entry is $12 for 1 bracket or $30 for 3. You can enter as many brackets as you want and we encourage you to do so. We will treat this pool similar to our Super Bowl square pools with winnings split between the team, the pool winners and administrative costs. Exact pay-outs will be determined base on the number of brackets submitted. We will award winnings to the top 3 finishers and have a special prize for the person who finishes with the least points in the bracket! Register Your Bracket: The link to register is below. If you are sharing the link by text, there is a chance that the direct link to our pools may break. If it does, the pool ID and password are: Pool ID: 132210 Password: Dawgs2021! A Brief Reminder: Get your bracket(s) in before the pick deadline, which is Thursday, March 19th at 11:15 (CST) and make sure to review the pool settings. Only the main 64 teams that make up a standard bracket are included (i.e. the play-in games, or 'first four', are NOT included). Good luck to everyone. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@texasdawgsbaseball.org. ![]() Thanks again for supporting us on the NCAA Playoffs. Now it's time to focus on the Big Game! Each square will cost $20 and we will apply the total funds 60% to the Dawgs and 40% to prize money. The prize money for each pool will be $800 total with $200 for each quarter ($150 for a forward winner and $50 for the backward winner). The remaining $1,200 per pool will go the Dawgs less the cost of the web site to operate the pools. We will advise on totals at the end of the pools and discuss the best way to apply the proceeds (whether it be towards world series costs, new team uniforms, etc.). These pools represent not only a fun way to be involved in the games, but also a way to help fundraising for the Dawgs. *** Important Instructions ***

Thanks in advance for supporting the Dawgs and remember these games will be a meaningful piece to off-setting costs of spring and World Series trips. Lets see how many we can finish!!! ![]() Thanks again for supporting us on the first sets of squares for the NCAA Playoffs. We are starting our second set for the Championship Game of Ohio State vs. Alabama. We are again setting a goal of finishing 3 for this set and then 3 for the Super Bowl. Thanks in advance for supporting the Dawgs and remember these games (Rose Bowl, National Championship and Superbowl square pools) will be a meaningful piece to off-setting costs of spring and World Series trips. Lets see how many we can finish!!! ![]() The first fundraiser of 2021 will be a square pool for the NCAA National Semifinal Rose Bowl Game. This is the same site we used last year and had great success with the NCAA National Championship Game and the Superbowl. This year, we decided to add in one of the NCAA College Football Playoff Semifinal games to mitigate the possibility that we can not run a March Madness pool (like we lost out on last year). Each square will cost $20 and we will apply the total funds 60% to the Dawgs and 40% to prize money. Lets see how many we can finish!!! The Texas Dawgs believe in teaching our teams the importance of giving back to their communities and supporting organizations that help so many. This October our organization came together to raise awareness about breast cancer and to raise money for a donation to the Susan G. Komen Houston Chapter. We want to do our part to support the women in our lives and to advance the fight to end breast cancer forever!
Thank you parents, players, family members, friends and pets for showing your support out there for your Texas Dawgs! We were so proud to present a check to the Komen Houston Chapter in the amount of $2400!!!!! The cost for entry is $12 for 1 bracket or $30 for 3. You can enter as many brackets as you want, however, and we encourage you to do so. We will treat this pool similar to our Super Bowl square pools with winnings split between the team, the pool winners and administrative costs. We recently set the pool up at RunYourPool named 'Texas Dawgs Baseball'. If you are interested in joining the pool, please go to the following link and fill out the form: https://www.runyourpool.com/join/pool_info.cfm?id=132210&p=bhcuey Exact pay-out will not be known once we have a final number but if we gain 1,000 entries, which is our target that will raise approximately ($10,000-$11,000) and after about a 7% overhead we would pay out the winnings 70% to the Dawgs and 30% to the winner. Under this scenario , the winner would win $1,500, second place $750, third place $500 and the lowest score will win $50. Payments may be submitted via Paypal and Venmo. The PayPal account is PayPal.Me/txdawgs and the Venmo account is @Rob-Kerrigan. Please make the payments between friends. Both accounts have a Texas Dawgs logo if you are unsure. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@texasdawgsbaseball.org. ![]() After the success of the National Championship squares, it's time to launch our Super Bowl edition fundraiser. We will pay out $800 total in prizes for each completed pool, with winners for each of the first 3 quarters and the game getting $150 for hitting the score and $50 for the winner of the backwards score each quarter (rules explained on the site). The remaining $1200 less fees for the web-site will go towards Dawgs for game related equipment costs and starting the funding for each World Series. As with the NCAA pools, we would love to get multiple pools completed if possible, but want to finish at least one. This will be our last fundraiser, until March Madness. We know a number of you had family and friends locked out after the two NCAA pools filled, please let them know, they have another chance. *** Important Instructions ***
