Basketball March Madness Fundraiser

Welcome to The Texas Dawgs March Madness Fundraiser:

We have established this pool in order to (i) raise funds for our 11U and 12U teams to help off-set World Series costs for our trip to Louisville Kentucky this summer; and (ii) have some fun with March Madness.  The cost for entry is $12 for 1 bracket or $30 for 3.  You can enter as many brackets as you want, however, and we encourage you to do so.  

We will treat this pool similar to our Super Bowl square pools with winnings split between the team, the pool winners and administrative costs. Exact pay-out will not be known once we have a final number but if we gain 1,000 entries, which is our target that will raise approximately ($10,000-$11,000) and after about a 7% overhead we would pay out the winnings 70% to the Dawgs and 30% to the winner.  Under this scenario , the winner would win $1,500, second place $750, third place $500 and the lowest score will win $50.   

Payments may be submitted via Paypal and Venmo.  The PayPal account is PayPal.Me/txdawgs and the Venmo account is @Rob-Kerrigan.  Please make the payments between friends.  Both accounts have a Texas Dawgs logo if you are unsure.  

A brief reminder: Get your bracket(s) in before the pick deadline, which is Thursday, March 19th at 11:15 (CST) and make sure to review the pool settings. Only the main 64 teams that make up a standard bracket are included (i.e. the play-in games, or 'first four', are NOT included).  Good luck to everyone.
